  • Jonne Catshoek


    Jonne leads the development of Elva. He has extensive experience conducting research and field work for conflict transformation and democracy support organisations in Africa, Western Europe and the Caucasus.

  • Lasha Tavartkiladze

    Lead Developer

    Lasha is a minimalism fanatic. A designer who loves programming and a programmer who loves design. He's an active open source contributor and drinks insurmountable amount of Americano.

  • Maiko Palashvili

    Operations manager

    Maiko makes herself invaluable on a daily basis as Operations Manager at Elva's office in Tbilisi, Georgia. Before joining Elva, she worked at British American Tobacco and TBC Bank. Maiko holds a Masters degree in International Relations from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs.

  • Mark van Embden Andres

    Partnerships Director

    Mark is in charge of finding new and effective ways to apply Elva worldwide. He has several years of experience in working on development, democratization, conflict transformation and humanitarian relief. Mark is a graduate of the London School of Economics.

  • Natalia Okroshiashvili

    Sales and Customer Support Manager

    Natalia supports Traktor's growth, helping to provide small and medium-sized farmers with better access to better goods and services. Natalia holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Agriculture of Georgia.

  • Nino Keshelava

    Senior Project Manager

    Nino manages projects for various of Elva's clients in Georgia, focusing on agricultural development. She is closely involved in the development of Traktor, a mobile platform for farmers that was released by Elva in February 2017. Before joining Elva, Nino was a project manager with CARE International.

  • Vakho Shotashvili

    Full Stack Developer

    Among many other things, Vakho leads the developed Traktor's mobile app (Android). He brings over 10 years of experience in mobile and web development to the team.
