Elva is a non-profit organization with offices registered in The Hague, The Netherlands and Tbilisi, Georgia. Founded in 2013, we aim to provide products and services that bridge the gaps between citizens and decision makers worldwide.

  • Jonne Catshoek


    Jonne leads the development of Elva. He has extensive experience conducting research and field work for conflict transformation and democracy support organisations in Africa, Western Europe and the Caucasus.

  • Mark van Embden Andres

    Partnerships Director

    Mark is in charge of finding new and effective ways to apply Elva worldwide. He has several years of experience in working on development, democratization, conflict transformation and humanitarian relief. Mark is a graduate of the London School of Economics.

  • Lasha Tavartkiladze

    Programmer / UI Designer

    Lasha is a minimalism fanatic. A designer who loves programming and a programmer who loves design. He's an active open source contributor and drinks insurmountable amount of Americano.

  • Nino Nanitashvili

    Country Director - Georgia

    Nino joined Elva in 2014 to manage Peace Park. A co-founder of the first ever Google Developer Group in Georgia, she is a leading member of Georgia's tech community. She graduated from Tbilisi State University, with an exchange to the University of Groningen in The Netherlands. Nino oversees all of Elva's work in the South Caucasus.
